1. Agreement
By accessing or using EventOpsly services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using EventOpsly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
EventOpsly provides an Event Operating System for event planning, registration, ticketing, operations, check-in, and analytics. Service features and availability may change as the platform evolves.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and access controls.
- Organizers are responsible for attendee data they collect through events.
- You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use EventOpsly for unlawful purposes.
5. Fees and payment
Commercial pricing terms will be specified in separate agreements when published. Payment processing for ticket orders is subject to third-party processor terms (e.g., Stripe).
6. Intellectual property
EventOpsly retains rights to the platform, software, and branding. You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the license needed to operate the service.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, EventOpsly disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
