Vendor responsibilities
Vendors independently provide products and services. You are responsible for accurate listings, pricing, fulfillment, customer communications, licenses, permits, taxes, and regulatory compliance. EventOpsly may moderate, suspend, or remove listings according to platform policies and the Vendor & Marketplace Terms.
Vendor subscription plans, where configured, are separate from attendee ticket payments processed through organizer Stripe Connect accounts.
